Findlay and Co launches office solutions service

Over the years we have been asked by many small-medium business owners for help with administration, bookkeeping and business systems. Because here at Findlay & Co we are primarily accounting focussed and don’t handle this type of work, we saw the need to create a specialised business service. So we’ve launched Launch Office Solutions!

What’s great is that we found a very special person to run Launch, a long term Findlay and Co staff member, Lynley Pryde.  Lynley specialises in Xero, client training and implementing smart office systems and processes. Lynley’s strength is finding ways to streamline business operation by using really clever, mostly online, tools. She has a wealth of knowledge with Xero add-ons and is savvy in bookkeeping areas such as GST, creditors and debtors, payroll and all office administration.

Here’s what Launch can help you with:

  • Xero set up, training and support paperwork and systems
  • Reconciliation and administration GST management
  • Job costing and quoting
  • Stock and inventory management Bills and expenses
  • Creditors and debtors
  • Payroll and HR systems
  • Workflow

Launch will take care of as much or as little as you would like to hand over. It may mean they train you up to use specific tools and systems, and then you take over day-to-day running, with their support. Or they can take over the books and administration totally. It’s up to you.
