Margaret Gimpel, Business Manager This smart lady is in charge of operations. Marg carries out her role with determination and an infectious giggle. Marg can implement systems and is logical and organised. Her ability to tactfully and tenderly encourage this team’s performance is fun to watch. Marg has a Masters Degree in Diplomacy, which she applies to gently urge this team towards its successes. This skill was recognised this year when Marg was awarded ‘Contribution to the Coaching Club Community’ by legendary Australasian business coach Rob Nixon.
